Submit Your
Design or Idea
Send your drawings, reference photos, or key parameters. Our engineers will turn your ideas into manufacturable solutions — confirm pump type (centrifugal/self-priming/submersible/fire pump) and materials (cast iron/stainless steel/bronze, etc.).
STEP THREE
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & DRAWINGS
We will present you with the perfect pump products, specifications and customization solutions to fit your project needs.
PUMP SPECIFICATIONS
- Choose your pump type (e.g., booster pump, fire pump, deep well pump)
- Confirm order quantity
- Customize flow rate, head, and working conditions as required
- Select pump material (e.g., cast iron, stainless steel, alloy)
- Choose motor specifications (power, voltage, efficiency class)
- Select seal type (mechanical seal / packing seal)
DETAIL CUSTOMIZATION
- Choose connection standards (flange, thread, etc.)
- Customize control system and accessories
- Add logo, marking or special paint as required
- Other special specifications (explosion-proof, high-temperature, etc.)

Quotation &
Ordering
We provide detailed pump quotations based on your custom specifications, balancing quality and cost efficiency.
After confirming all terms, we will collect the deposit to start prototype and production phases.

STEP FIVE
SAMPLING
Sample production takes about 25-35 days (tooling, casting, machining, assembly). Once ready, we’ll ship it to you by air express for real-world testing and approval.

Production & Quality Control
- We begin mass production after prototype approval, with strict QC to ensure pumps match your design.
- 1-year standard warranty covers all manufacturing defects.

STEP SEVEN
Global Logistics Delivery
After production and QC, choose your shipping method: air (10-15 days for urgent orders) or sea (1-2 months for bulk orders). We take full ownership until your pumps reach their final destination.
