Working Principle
1. Real-time pressure collection: The pressure sensor at the water outlet continuously collects actual pipeline water pressure and transmits analog signals to the intelligent control cabinet.
2. Pressure comparison and regulation: The control unit compares the measured pressure with the preset target pressure, and sends commands to the frequency converter to adjust the output power frequency and the rotational speed of pump motors. When water consumption is high and pressure is insufficient, the frequency rises and pumps speed up for pressure boosting; when water consumption is low and pressure is excessive, the frequency drops and pumps slow down for pressure reduction.
3. Multi-pump coordinated operation: For models with multiple pumps, a single pump runs under variable frequency during off-peak hours. Additional pumps are put into parallel operation at power frequency or variable frequency in peak water consumption periods. Some pumps enter dormancy under extremely low water demand, enabling alternating operation among the pump group.
